• More than 24 before tour date – Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
• Less than 24 hours before tour – No refund

For Private Group Bookings

• More than 72 hours before tour date – Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
• Less than 72 hours before tour – No refund

  Weather & Safety Cancellations If we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen events, guests will be offered:

• A full refund or
• The opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge

Non-Refundable Tours

Some special events, seasonal experiences, or third-party bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly noted at the time of booking.
