CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aloha Fantasy Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible and fair as possible for our guests, while also supporting our local partners and tour guides.
Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds
For Individual Bookings
- More than 24 before tour date –
Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
- Less than 24 hours before tour –
No refund
For Private Group Bookings
- More than 72 hours before tour date –
Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
- Less than 72 hours before tour –
No refund
Weather & Safety Cancellations
If we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen events, guests will be offered:
- A full refund or
- The opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge
Non-Refundable Tours
Some special events, seasonal experiences, or third-party bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly noted at the time of booking.
